Norman Course (Designed by Greg Norman)

• Style: A true links-style course characterized by natural sand dunes, firm fairways, and wild coastal vegetation.

• Designed to incorporate coastal winds, natural contours, and undulating terrain, requiring strategic shot-making.

• Signature Hole: The Par-3 16th hole, offering stunning views of the East Sea and the Cham Islands.

Nicklaus Course (Designed by the Jack Nicklaus Design Team)

• Partially opened in 2018; fully completed in 2020

• Features distinctive wooden bulkhead structures framing fairways, tees, and greens.

• Water-integrated layout combining natural wetlands, rice fields, ponds, and creeks throughout the course.

• Offers six tee boxes on each hole, making it suitable for golfers of all skill levels.
